Using your key
- One key works on several devices; they share the same data allowance.
- Reselling or publicly sharing a key is not allowed.
Data and validity
- Every package has a fixed GB amount and a number of days. It is not unlimited data.
- When the GB or the days run out the key stops working. You can top it up.
Prohibited use
Using the service for anything illegal is strictly not allowed.
Service
Short interruptions can happen during server maintenance. We announce them in advance.
Purchases, delivery and refunds
- Data is delivered to your key immediately after payment. By buying, you ask us to start the service straight away and you accept that it begins at once.
- We refund within 7 days of purchase when less than 10% of the package data has been used. Free trials and promotional keys are not refundable. Full details: zilovpn.com/refund.
- Card payments on zilovpn.com are processed by Stripe, and Link is the merchant of record — your statement will show `LINK.COM*`. Link applies its own terms in addition to ours.
- We record how much data each key has used. That record is what we use to decide a refund request, and we will share it with the payment provider if they ask.
