Zilo VPN is a paid VPN service sold through our Telegram bot (t.me/zilovpnbot). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do.
What we collect
- Telegram account basics — your Telegram user ID, username and first name, so we can create and restore your VPN key.
- Purchase records — package bought, amount, and the payment slip you send us, to confirm your order.
- Service data — the amount of data (GB) your key has used and its expiry date, so we can enforce your plan's limits.
- Support messages — what you send us in the bot, so we can answer you.
- Device count — each VLESS node keeps a short rolling list of the source IP addresses that recently connected with your key. We read it only to count how many devices are using one key at the same time, so a key is not shared among many people. Those addresses stay on the node, are never written to our database, and no history is kept.
What we do NOT collect
- We do not log the websites you visit, your DNS queries, or the content of your traffic.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not ask for your password, bank login, or card number.
VPN permission
The app uses the device's system VPN service (Android VpnService / iOS Network Extension) only to route your traffic through the VPN server you choose. It does not read, inspect, or store the contents of that traffic.
Installed apps (per-app proxy)
On Android, the optional Per-app proxy feature reads the list of apps installed on your device only so you can pick which apps use the VPN. This list stays on your device and is never uploaded.
Why we process it
Only to deliver the service you paid for: issuing and renewing your VPN key, applying your data quota, answering support requests, and preventing abuse of our servers.
How long we keep it
Account and purchase records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting purposes. Usage counters are reset each billing cycle.
Sharing
We use infrastructure providers (server hosting, Telegram, Facebook) purely to operate and promote the service. They process only what is technically necessary. We do not share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and its data. Message t.me/ziloadmin and we will action it.
When you ask us to delete, we permanently remove your Telegram ID, name, VPN key, support chat, referral history and payment-slip images. The amount and date of past purchases are kept because accounting and tax law require it, but they are anonymised so they can no longer be linked back to you.
Security
Data is stored on access-controlled servers and transmitted over encrypted connections. Only Zilo administrators can access account records.
Children
Zilo VPN is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
